WWATF™ — Win With Attention, Traffic & Funnels™ is owned and published by JulDar Marketing. Unless otherwise expressly stated, WWATF site content, original product content, branding, graphics, layouts and other protected materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, republished or rebranded without authorization.
Purchase Does Not Equal Copyright Transfer
Buying a Standard educational or customer product does not transfer copyright and does not grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing, rebranding or PLR rights.
Express Commercial Licenses
Some products may be expressly sold with resale, master resale, commercial-use or private label rights. Those permissions apply only to the files and uses identified by the written license supplied with that product. The license, not the existence of a download, determines the rights granted.
Brand Protection
WWATF™ and associated property identity are not automatically included in a customer’s commercial or PLR rights. A rebrandable product package does not grant ownership of JulDar Marketing or WWATF branding unless an express written license specifically says otherwise.
Third-Party Rights
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
