1. Property and Operator

WWATF™ — Win With Attention, Traffic & Funnels™ is owned and published by JulDar Marketing. JulDar Marketing operates the property and publishes WWATF products.

2. Educational Purpose

WWATF provides educational and informational material relating to attention, traffic, funnels, conversion, monetization and related marketing subjects. Content is not a promise of a particular business result.

3. Purchases and Digital Delivery

Products sold through WWATF may be delivered electronically. Product descriptions, edition terms, prices and included materials presented at the time of purchase form part of the applicable transaction.

4. Standard Product Rights

Unless a product expressly includes written commercial, resale, redistribution, master resale or private label rights, purchase grants only the usage rights stated for that product. Purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense or rebrand the material.

5. Commercial / PLR Products

When a product is expressly sold with commercial, resale or PLR rights, those rights exist only to the extent stated in the written license supplied with that product. The product-specific written license controls over any general assumption about rights.

6. Intellectual Property

WWATF branding, site content, product content, graphics and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders except where an express written license states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, falsely represent ownership of protected material, or distribute protected material beyond rights expressly granted to you.

8. Third-Party Services

WWATF may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing or hosting. Those services may have separate terms that apply to their services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation

Use of educational material and business information involves judgment and risk. Results depend on many factors outside the control of WWATF and JulDar Marketing. The separate Disclaimer and Earnings & Income Disclaimer form part of the site’s protective terms.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Refund Policy published on WWATF and any product-specific terms presented at purchase.

11. Changes

JulDar Marketing may update these Terms as the property and its products evolve. The version published on WWATF is the operative site version.
